【伯兰国】文化与艺术部长陳光億宗师正式兼任为建国副总理

余以凡才，幸蒙伯兰国王埃米尔海亚威博士陛下及伊登索里亚诺特立尼达女皇教授厚爱，与今年6月荣举为文化与艺术部长后，即开始积极策划举办首届《伯兰诗国》诗歌线上大会，由于世界各地新冠疫情严峻，承国际诗友支持，本活动仍获得17国家名家参加，为伯兰之建国送来诚挚及美好之祝愿与鼓励，这项旨在将伯兰国打造为世界级沙漠诗词囯度（世界《伯兰诗国》WBP）之活动，初试啼声即引起世界诗坛之关注，令余等深感欣慰，为志此诗缘，及酬答各地诗友支持及雅爱，拟推出【《伯兰诗国》 WBP全球诗歌双年展】，并设《十大诗人大奖》，《国际诗人金像奖》，以鼓励及提倡全球诗风之发展，以诗歌这一文学形式，来促进世界和谐，人类文明，化境生态等之健康发展。
在三个多月于大家支持及关爱下，本部组建之《伯兰国》 政府官网，亦在上星期日（3/10/2021）由国王陛下及总理正式联合主持下启动，并播出本囯首屆诗词大会摘要短片，及全球发布共享文化盛宴之盛况。
经由国王陛下与总理之郑重建议，重提并推荐兼任副总理一事，经再三慎重考量及所系使命，兹決定勉为接受兼任建国副总理之恩命，并将尽所能来负责世界各国文化与艺术交流互动事宜，为实现放眼天下世界大同之宏观，以报大家多年来的鼎力支持与厚爱，及所受知遇之恩，敬祈大家赐予指导及鼎力支持。祝愿大家身体安康、吉祥如意！

Birland State: Minister of Culture & Arts Grand Master Jason Tan Beng Siang Appointed Concurrently As Deputy Prime Minister
To My Contemporaries
It was my great honour to be appointed as the Minister of Culture & Arts of Birland State in June this year by the President H.R.M. King Emir A. Haiyawi and Prime Minister H.R.M. Prof. Dr. Queen Eden Soriano Trinidad. My first project was to begin to actively plan for the inaugural edition of “Poems for Birland”. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic still raging on around the world, with the support of our international friends we managed to have poets from 17 countries participate in the event to send their sincere and beautiful blessings and encouragement to Birland State. This event shows Birland State’s intention to become a world-class poetic desert nation (World Birland Poets – WBP), and was successful in drawing the attention of the international poets community, which was a great encouragement to me. To promote further cultural exchange and thank the community for their support, I propose to hold a WBP Global Poetry Biennale Exhibition which will present top honours including the “Ten Best Poets Award” and “International Poet Gold Statue Award” to encourage and promote the development of poetry on the global stage, using poetry as a literary means of promoting world peace, human civilization and environmental health development.
After over 3 months of development, the website of the Birland State Government was officially launched on 3 October 2021 by our President and Prime Minister. During the virtual event, highlights from the inaugural edition of “Poems for Birland” were also broadcasted to attendees from all the over world.
At the sincere suggestion of the President and Prime Minister who recommended me to take up the concurrent post of Deputy Prime Minister, I have given it much thought and deliberation and have decided to accept the post and try my best to fulfil this mission by giving my all to promote cultural and art interaction between the different nations of the world, so as to fulfil our international vision of one united world and reciprocate the support and love of everyone. I look forward to receiving everyone’s guidance and utmost support. Wishing everyone good health and prosperity!
